So, for a long time in my life I wanted to be a monk and reject the material world, the only problem was I was never really religous enough to devote my life to such an idea. But I thought of an idea, a few years ago, what if there was a monastery or monks who are not devoted to God? I know that sounds a little strange, but why can't it work, what if there was just an order of men, who live without possessions and all temptations of the nature that distract man, but just don't devote themselves to God? Anyway, so in my mind such an order now exists, and here it is to be shared with you. I recently decided to make this a compilation of short stories rather than some sort of grand epic, or maybe more like a mixture of both. It is kind of my hat off to Chaucer, like Jason's own "Canterbury Tales", or since I'm in Denver at the moment writing this my "Ft. Collins Tales". Well, enjoy!
Introduction and Summary (sort of)
The Order
And there will be the stories coming soon too, but for now I just wanted to put together the basic idea and show you what I'm talking about. I hope you enjoy it.
