I wrote this document over a year ago, during the height of my time of self discovery, when I realised the extent of power I actually hold. So, as a result I wrote what I deem to be a very good and encouraging list of axioms and advice by which I have since tried to abide as much as possible... I only hope it can help others as much as it does me, because the longer I live I find all of these to be ever truer. Also I wanted to transcribe this to the computer, should I lose it later, so without further ado:
- Everything has exceptions
- Things are generally better than they seem and/or they will soon be better than they are
- Trust in your own ability more than its worth, confidence builds competence
- Find and keep as many allies as possible
- Trust only yourself fully, no one can be expected to remain as loyal to your cause as you are
- Always remain optimistic
- Learn as much as possible, you never know when the most obscure of knowledge will be useful
- Always maintain good hygiene
- Always uphold the best appearance possible (always be attractive)
- Versatility is paramount
- Always be adaptable
- Admit to being wrong, but don't dwell a lot on it
- Fuck up
- Things are always different than expected
So, I know some of this may seem a little repetitive, perhaps even contradictory, but I maintain all of these are good things to keep in mind and abide by.
