It has been a while since I have last been able to write, because my computer was not working the past few days, but now, thank God it is again. Anyway, I have moved into my new flat, a place in Notting Hill, on Cambridge Gardens near Portobello Road (and yes it is where the riches of ages are stowed). Erika, Jessa, Seamus and I are all living together, so that is fun... Thursday, we moved in, got our accounts settled with the landlord by signing the lease although I have yet to pay him for the first month’s rent. We also went to a local pub Thursday night that was playing jazz, and met these two guys one Australian, and the other South African. They were pretty nice and everything, and I hope we see them again, although I have a huge suspicion that the reason we are meeting so many people is because we have girls with us, I think if it were just me, my luck may not be so high in meeting people, but who knows. Friday, we went to register at Syracuse, and it is in a cool part of town, so I am excited about that, and I finally was able to use the internet for the first time in a long time. That night we went to a club near Angel station (South of Kingscross station on the Northern Line), and saw two guys we had met some nights earlier playing in a Guns’N’Roses type band. And got home around 12:30 last night. I stayed out on the porch and slept in my woobie, but unfortunately that was pretty bloody cold by the morning, so I came inside and slept some more, with the intention of waking around 9:00, but instead slept until 11:30. After waking, I lazed around the place most of all day, then I decided to watch Zulu, but again fell asleep for most of the movie. I think I am slightly depressed, but I am not sure as to why.

When I woke again, I decided to go to Tesco’s and get some salmon and ingredients and made salmon for everyone that actually turned out pretty good, I was kind of surprised. Afterward, we watched Topsy-Turvy, or at least half of it, and then Seamus went to bed, and Jessa read a bood all day (600 pages and she is nearly finished!). I am in the middle of this getting ready to go to Greenwich tomorrow, and clean the flat some, it is rather filthy.
